Resilience Deck is a hub for trainees to monitor their resilience development, access LMS content, and self-assess competencies and countermeasures.
• Get started with baseline assessments
• Use our GRPT AI to create a custom "flight path" learning journey
• View your confidence, competence, and resilience grades over time
• Track your collective activity from the app, LMS service, and virtual sessions
• View grades for each individual countermeasure and competency, including a breakdown, distribution, and progression over time
• See your green and amber behaviours from sessions and self-assessments
