Worst app ever
This is the worst app I have ever used. For a company that has global locations they should have an appropriate app that decreases process friction and administrative duties from the dock staff and management. It’s completely inappropriate that I have to text the dock phone to manage reservations because the app is built so poorly.
Please find another app asap or you will have unhappy members.
