Low end.
I understand restaurants’ frustration with OpenTable. But this App, and the backend behind it, is very much lacking. No ability to ‘favorite’ your location city. No email confirmations or reminders of your reservation. And on and on. Not ready for prime time. Hopefully, some other, better, alternative to OpenTable will emerge. Right now, this isn’t much of an option.

Unanimous
I had to use this because as everyone that has reviewed has had the same experience. I needed reservations for a particular restaurant that is not on open table. It lists San Antonio as the city when we are about an hour and a half north of San Antonio. We’re north of Austin! Which is not even listed. The home screen is blank. Not sure why this restaurant is using this particular app. I got my reservation so I will give one star.

Worse than garbage
I downloaded this because a favorite restaurant in Ann Arbor MI went to this system. If it wasn’t a family favorite I would probably never go there again since this app is so useless. While I made a reservation on the restaurant site using Reso, the search won’t even turn up the restaurant by name. It is very very slow and then it’s useless. I will inform the restaurant, this has to be costing them business.

I'm bummed.
I used to make reservations in columbus via OpenTable until this app came around. I'm sure well intentioned (maybe your restaurant owner experience is better/cheaper?), but this app at least needs the same functionality for general public as OpenTable. For example, I tried to move a reservation to a different time but only option was to cancel.

Complicated and doesn't work correctly
I only have this app so I am able to make reservations with a favorite restaurant because they switched to RESO from OpenTable.
When making reservations, it takes longer than OpenTable. Even though you have a profile, you'll need to fill in all of your information regardless of how many times you make a reservation. Time choices are limited to the 00:00 and 00:30 time slots, unlike OpenTable that gives you more time choices such as 00:15 and and 00:45.
After making my reservations, I received confirmation via email, but the times were incorrect. I had made reservations for 5:30, but the email indicated 6:30. So, I had to go through a link provided in the email to make a modification (I was unable to modify via the RESO app). Talk about annoying. I confirmed with the restaurant, and they received my reservations and confirmed the correct days and times.
Fast forward a couple weeks later. I login to the app to make sure my reservation is still correct. I look at my reservations on the app and I am seeing a notification that I have no upcoming reservations. Desperately trying to make one, I cannot. Luckily, the restaurant was able to confirm. I hope the restaurant switches back to OpenTable. This app is not cutting it and not user friendly.
