Of course, you can still use hardware keyboards! - New Setup Experience: The setup experience has been completely redesigned to offer more options during setup! - Rewritten Saved Presets Backend: Saved Presets now uses CoreData and CloudKit (iCloud) to save and sync data for a far better, faster, and more reliable experience! - Apple Vision Pro Support: Resolutioner now has full support for Apple Vision Pro! - Resolution Calculator will now display decimals when appropriate (no more forced rounding) - You can no longer type letters and other characters into the number text fields

FAQ

What does Resolutioner do?

Resolutioner is a utility app designed to help you calculate and scale screen resolutions. It allows you to determine a missing resolution based on a set aspect ratio, or to scale an existing resolution up or down while maintaining its aspect ratio. You can also save frequently used resolutions as presets for future reference.

How can I calculate resolutions with this app?

You can calculate resolutions by filling in one side of the resolution (e.g., width or height) and setting your desired aspect ratio. The app will then compute the corresponding other side. You can input standard fractions like 16:9 or use an existing resolution to define the ratio for scaling.

Can I save my custom resolutions?

Yes, you can save any resolution you calculate or create as a preset. Simply tap 'Add Preset' and give it a custom name. These saved presets can be edited at any time, making it convenient to access your preferred resolutions quickly.

Is Resolutioner free to use?

The application is free to download and use, with options for in-app purchases. This model allows users to try out the core functionality before deciding to invest in additional features or content.

What devices is Resolutioner compatible with?

Resolutioner supports a range of Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Mac. All your saved resolution presets can be synced across these devices using iCloud, ensuring consistency and accessibility no matter which device you are using.
