App does not work no lessons asking for refund

I purchased access yesterday and 24 hours later, the app still shows no content or lessons available. I reported it to Apple as well as asked for a refund.
Jumping through hoops for the content of Tiny Habits
The app is subpar, some screens are just blank and I need to restart the app. The first week appears to just be the content of Tiny Habits by Dr. B.J. Fogg
Yes, the app does work
You just need to give it a minute - and touch the screen, swipe down and hold and it will refresh. Taking away one star because the refresh is not obvious, and there are no instructions that show up when the screen says you have no plan. Mine said no plan, I refreshed and it was there.
Confused
I understood that there was a trial of 3 or so days of this and then it said it was 19,99 . I got NO TRIAL DAYS and I was charged 49.99 for it. I would like my money back. PayPal has put in a request for a refund also. I’m very unhappy.

The app is just blank- trying to delete my profile and I can’t even tell if I have or not… this feels scamy and fishy
Don’t Pay anything for this crappy app
This app functionality SUUUUUCKS. It was already difficult to navigate and now the lessons won’t load at all. I’m deleting it and asking for a refund. It’s too bad because the content and concept is pretty good.

Yeah…these guys took my money and there’s nothing to show for it. No email receipt. No verification. No app working to register with. Total garbage.
Can’t even sign out
I’m literally trying to delete my profile and sign out and it keeps taking me back to the mood journal. This is a joke and a scam.
