Resolve iT App is a great solution for following up on work requests. Is a case based software that allows people in an organization create specific requests to their colleagues. Each new request has a ticket number, an open status and an assignation that depending on it's type of request could be either a person or simple workflow.

Resolve iT es una gran aplicación para dar seguimiento a solicitudes de trabajo. Es una herramienta basada en casos que permite a las personas de una organización crear solicitudes sobre temas específicos a sus colegas. Cada nueva solicitud tiene un número de ticket, un estatus de abierto y una asignación, que dependiendo del tipo de solicitud puede ser asignado a una persona o bien a un flujo simple de trabajo.
