The app just isn’t working and can’t sign up to see classes or check something

Paying this much money for app development yet they cant fix a simple issue from past 1month 2 weeks
The app gives a forced popup to update and you cant access anything and theres no update shown in the app store

I'm unable to access the app and as it keep on bugging to update it but as I open the app store, it shows that the app is updated to the later version. Please fix it
