User reviews

Timer doesn’t work

The app is ok but the session doesn’t finish at the end of the set time, you have to keep watching the timer, which is no good if you like to close your eyes.

Reducing the impact of inescapable stressors

The breathing exercise in particular, but also the nature observation and reflections of my state of mental health have been a life saver in the early days of the pandemic. Thank you!! The intro to the breathing exercise could be improved.

App to treat Catastrophizing and anxiety

Muscle relaxation and breathing exercise helps if you are prone to anxiety/stress and catastrophizing esp in covid times.

Indispensable

One of the few things that helped my sleeping problems. Use it nightly. Indispensable

great little free app.

love how basic it, sent it too all my loved ones who think deep breathing and HRV is silly. been using it myself. mix it up with music, meditation, and binaural recording.
