Been trying to book a room but can’t seem to do so on the app nor online

I’ve been going to Atlantic City for over 30 years and in the past 4 years. I’ve been going to Resort, the I was assigned a host, Michael EnFesarro. I’ve traveled to so many locations and dealt with many hosts but never seen anyone like Michael. He does an outstanding job and makes you feel special and welcomed. I only go to Resort casino now. They have a great staff and the best service. Clean rooms and clean casino.

Why
Why do you add an ad that you can’t click on an X to get rid of it so you can go into the app. I had to delete the stupid app to be able to get back on it because your coder has no clue what he/she is doing. How do you put a white X over a white background. That’s basic common sense you guys lack, just like it’s basic common sense to allow people to win once in a while. This casino app has gone down the drains, I’m done with resorts. You guys have lost a long time customer, second generation of gambling after my mother was a huge fan of your casino, it’s not the same like it used to be. I know times are tough, but, they’re tough for everyone, so, lighten up on the given or you’re gonna lose valuable visitors due to your level of greed. Casinos aren’t what they use to be.

Challenging
Very limited functionality—lots of ‘please call us to reserve this offer’—and a very cumbersome process to reserve comp rooms. I prefer self-serve booking options, but this is one case where it’s easier to call my Resorts host.
