Unsatisfied Customer
I do not recommend this product for several reasons. As several people have already mentioned, the shipment date is not honored even if you have paid for expedited delivery. Next is the NO REFUND policy and this is truly a NO REFUND product. Not a good business model for a product that has a late delivery and if the beard product doesn’t work with your beard.

Disappointing
I ordered three beard balm and they weren’t full. I have emailed the help desk and I haven’t received any response about my issue. I have provided pictures showing the of issues and still nothing.
The Truth
The beard products are unmatched! I tried them for the first time last year, and my beard felt/looked amazing! I got lazy and reverted back to my previous products and now my beard is bad rough with lots of breakage. I WILL NEVER forget to order my Respected Roots ever again!
