The Offender Locator app allows users in the United States to find registered sex offenders living in their area. It compiles data from all 50 states' offender databases, providing a single source for locating offenders anywhere in the country.
You can find registered offenders using the app in four ways: by utilizing your iPhone's GPS to find those near your current location, by checking addresses near friends from your contact list, by entering any specific address to see nearby offenders, or by searching for a specific offender's name to find their residence and offenses.
Yes, the app's data is updated daily with each state's offender registry. This ensures you have access to the most accurate and current information available regarding registered offenders across the United States.
For each registered offender found, the application provides details including their photo and the offenses they have committed. You can also use the app's mapping capabilities to see how close they live to your location or the locations of your loved ones.
The Offender Locator is a paid application. The description indicates it was a top-selling paid app, suggesting a one-time purchase cost rather than a subscription or free model with in-app purchases.
