What's New in ResponderOS

1.3.9

October 29, 2026

PersonnelKit and LeadershipKit now work together, MedKit cases log response times and personnel, and Home comes back faster. PEOPLE • Leaders get a Coaching tab on a member's file, with a "Reviewing with" switch that hides it while you go through the file together. • A "Context for this evaluation" panel sits beside the evaluation form, with Record, Coaching and Signals tabs. • My Team shows considerations under Recognize, Readiness and Talk: plain counts, such as overdue training or expiring credentials, never scores. • Document it turns a coaching note into a prefilled observation, commendation or counseling record, and new pass-over forms start from the coaching profile and open follow-ups. • Members can add a written response, within the time the department allows, to counseling, a negative observation, or an evaluation rated "Does not meet" once it is sent for signature, and can mark a negative observation "I have read this." • The optional AI evaluation summary no longer starts on its own when an evaluation opens: it runs only when you tap Generate Summary. • 1-on-1 notes now say plainly that the member sees them once completed. MEDKIT • Cardiac arrest, critical patient and trauma cases show their status: Active, Closed or Archived. • New Response Times tool: eight milestones, typed in or adjusted by 1, 5 or 15 minutes. • New Personnel tool: add your crew from the department directory or by name, across twelve documentation roles. Both tools appear in the arrest and critical patient exports. • Response Times, Personnel and the Overdose/Med Finder open inside the case: from header buttons on iPhone, and from the tool column beside the case on iPad in landscape. • Opening a case left open more than two hours offers to close it at its last recorded activity and stop its timers. • Trauma MARCH cards fold into an accordion with Expand all and Collapse all, critical patient cases can be archived, and the CPR metronome stops when a case ends. • In IFT Transport, Find Destination now always asks for your agreement before its first AI search. ALSO NEW • Home shows when it last updated, with a Refresh button. • On iPad, leaving an active incident no longer keeps the incident command bar beside Home and your other modules. Reopen the incident from CommandKit. • MarineKit: a vessel's last shared position fades as it ages, and tapping it shows when it was last seen. A boat holding station no longer fades as if lost. • IntelKit: the unit board makes room for long call signs instead of cutting them off. • Profile: a new "Share map usage with Mapbox" switch. It is on by default, and maps work the same with it off.
