Been using this app for 3 years and never had an issue till this update, orders arent coming through, table bookings are being missed please fix this asap before we have to change to someone else and ill put my stars back to 5

Very good app' but since the update there is no more sound when the application is closed which forces to have the application constantly open

No alerta de pedidos, se traba en ocasiones y me pone datos de otro cliente al aceptar pero al cerrar y entrar nuevamente me da los datos correctos

Good but needs more flexibility
The app works well for both orders and bookings, even better than some paid alternatives.
The main problem is that you only have a few minutes to accept the order/booking. If you don’t manually accept within the time limit then it is declined. An option to auto accept or change the timer would greatly improve the functionality.

Doesn’t give option to create an account
It expects email and password from heaven. Tried and failed to login. No instructions to login. Cannot write review because username is not accepting because all usernames are usedup in heaven

No alerta si la pantalla está bloqueada
La app no alerta de pedidos si la pantalla está bloqueda, en la anterior aplicación sí lo hacía. Esto hace que pierda pedidos.
Connectivity Issue
App won’t reconnect to server when Internet goes out then reconnects. Have to restart app every time.
