Having trouble buying gems
I’ve started back playing this game after about 8 years, but the prices for buying the gems is incorrect. For example, it currently displays March specials 730 gems plus 50,000 coins, plus a star stage for 1.99, and to purchase gems my screen displays 700 gems for 1.99, 240 gems 9.99, etc. The prices are all wrong. I even uninstalled and then reinstalled this game to see if the prices would reset. I really like this game and would like to progress realizing that I have to make purchases in order to proceed. Please help.

Eu iria fazer uma das missões, aí eu liguei a internet. Aí achei um jogador e digitei sua username. Mas tinha dois emojis de cereja, aí eu coloquei o código que estava na username. Aí apareceu minha palavra odiada. Chorei. O jogo é legal, mas é IMPOSSÍVEL visitar alguém por causa das telas em branco. Eu estou em dúvida: eu desinstalo ou não? Se você quiser escrever uma resenha, você pode colocar a resposta da minha pergunta (é resposta pessoal). Eu acho capacitista um app legal colocar o termo horrível dentro dele. Aconteceu em Gacha Memories e em A Passeadora (também conhecido como Bagunças da Passeadora de Cães) também. Para o primeiro app, eu achei legal e não desinstalei, mas no caso do outro, desinstalei porque aquela aba pode ser aberta a qualquer hora que eu clicar no nível 5. Repetindo: estou em dúvida se eu vou desinstalar o Restaurant ou não, então, por favor, me ajude.

This game isn’t good at all deleted after I just downloaded u can’t see anything it’s all cluttered up it’s just not getting any play on my phone maybe pull in some smaller directions and a lot more needs to be done but certain games aren’t for everybody I was not expecting to see broad words and everything else is so small fix please

I really like this game and bakery town, but you can’t get past the second task. It says you need to place counters, but it already has 2 empty counters out. They need to fix both of them if they want people to play them

I recently downloaded this game and bakery town because it was a game I played since childhood. I get stuck in the first level, after I do what it tells me to do like bake or cook I do it and theres no problem. Then when it tells me to serve the food and when im about to put it in the counter it wont let me even if the counter doesnt have anything in it and it tells me to buy a new counter but whenever I try to exit it it wont let me buy it. I will change my review as soon as this problem is fixed

It would be a great game to play but your game is broken. Can’t do anything. I have to keep going out of the game every time I do something I have to leave the game and come back and there’s something not right with your game. I don’t know what it is, but it freezes up every single time. She might want to take it down and look at it and then put it back up.

Display problem on iphone
I really love the game and want to keep playing it. The game works perfectly on ipad however it has has quite a few display problems on iphone.
It would be great if this problem was fixed.

Disappointed
I love playing this game, but I tried to make a purchase. They had 1500 gems on sale for $1.99 and I’ve made them purchase. They took my money but I never got my gems. Very upset about that. Try to reach tech-support and it keeps getting an error saying tech-support is not available right now this just happened about two days ago very upset. I only been playing a game about a week, disappointed fan.

Thought the game was fun, decided to buy some gems.. never got them. They happily took my money but I got nothing for it. What a rip off.
The customer service
The customer service is terrible, unacceptable. You write to them, and they respond days later, clearly not wanting to help you. They claim the issue is on my end with the game, when it's clearly on theirs since the game won't progress. I've reinstalled the game from the App Store multiple times, and they haven't provided a single helpful response. I can't believe they would have forwarded this internally to someone who understands the issue; it's as if they're just repeating canned responses between two options.
