Unable to login - outdated SSL settings on their end
Haven’t used this service in years, but have a gift card I wanted to spend. Tried logging in and they wanted me to verify via email…but the link they sent returns an error. This occurs on all platforms- ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH. Worthless until that’s fixed.
Restaurant not honoring!
I went to a restaurant on the app and went to use the deal I purchased ($25 off $50+) but when I showed the cashier the deal with the code for redemption she said it wasn’t working and got the owner. The owner said he didn’t know anything about that deal and to report it because it’s listed w/o his permission or knowledge. This is the second time I’ve had this issue. How can I get a refund for this…

They keep restaurants that never signed up.
I came to a restaurant to get $10 off and they told me they never signed up for them. They already filed a police report but they don’t take the restaurant off. It is a big lie to show they have more signed up businesses than they actually do. Don’t contribute to this lie.
404 Error
My app does not load at all. Constant 404 error and if you click to go back to the homepage it just goes in circles! So frustrating

App doesn’t work right
If you put in a zip code, it centers about 1 hour away. If you move the map to re-search a closer area, it jumps back to thee spot an hour away. If you put “current location,” it puts you in Alabama (I’m in New Jersey). Please fix this—I see the same complaint listed in June.

Do not use this company. When I went to redeem one of their gift certificates at a restaurant that they had listed, which I purchased that same day, they basically told me that they refused to accept it because Restaurant.com gives them no way to redeem the certificate and they had asked for months to be removed from their list. And when I called their customer support line, and they basically told me that my account wasn’t showing as active and they would have to “escalate it” and would respond via email. This company is a scam.

While living a busy life sometimes your able to use a bit of discounts on this certificates and says no expiration come to check them today my account is gone wipe out somehow I reach out no avail my account is gone wipe out 😢😢😢
They are back !!
I’ve used this app for about 7 years. When I first used this app there were many more restaurant options and was able to discover good eats! They hit a rough patch with app issues and limited restaurant options. Looks like the app has since been updated and works fine. FYI -> It does seem like restaurants are caught off guard when presenting coupon but I have always been able to redeem. Also DO NOT CLICK USE NOW UNTIL WAITER IS LOOKING. You may want to screenshot while redeem code is visible.

The app won’t work unless you are on not just a recent OS, but the latest, which is stupid. The app gives an error 404.
