2 free “fixes” could’ve been done in Apple Photos

I could’ve used Apple Photos for those 2 free fixes on one photo. I uploaded ONE photo. AI “Magic” literally brightened the photo and didn’t “unblur” before it told me to make a purchase because my free fixes are over. I don’t feel confident that it works at all.
