Sent books-Never Heard Back
I sent 1k worth of text of books in over the summer and never heard back from them nor saw that the website updated they had received the shipment even though tracking has a confirmation. I did correspond with them by email in Sept assuring me everything was in motion, but here it is 6 months later and still nothing. Seems fishy. Scammy. Whats going on over there?

This is such a scam
Avery was bad but since he supposedly sold the company these people are even worse. F- no transparency, wait multiple months for listing and payouts. I’d advise finding a larger buyer with approval for books and just sell to them for the same you would make off of these clowns.

They hold your books hostage for months to turn around and not give you to even close to what they estimate your pay out will be. Customer service does not exists . I will never send one more book to these people I would advise the same to everyone. STAY AWAY. Find another channel. I sent $1000 worth of books estimating to get about $500 and I haven’t even got paid $25. Books sent in may 2002 and not even listed around beginning of September 2022. The app is garbage. Under active items it never says anything . In my personal opinion these people are selling high hopes and not paying the money deserved while they have all of your stuff. Really I send them $1000 with of great textbooks and they treated me like garbage by the road . Horrible scam I hope they get caught eventually .
