The hairstyles looked great on the “models”, but looked like a sticker when you tried it on.
The “find your color” part was wildly inaccurate and their color wheel for each was small and boring.
I never went any farther than that and quit.

It took my money when I didnt have it
I was going over stuff in my purchases and i noticed a app i stop using and charged ten dollars a week and couldn’t figure it out why but I managed to fix it
Trial w Credits & all looks failed but one
Not what it says. Has zero instructions when opening the app. Did not know I had to watch credits. I still have 1600 but no cost listed shown when deciding on a look. All others have failed and said they would refund the credits. Just trying it out before a haircut but can’t.

Charged for subscription after cancellation of free trial
I signed up for a free trial and cancelled before the trial was over and I now can’t make purchases on my account or download my apps ! Please fix this I have screenshots of my cancellation and I’m also being charged for too many declined transactions! This isn’t fair and it’s bad business and fraudulent transactions to scam money
