ResuFix now fully complies with Guidelines 5.1.1(i), 5.1.2, and 5.1.1(v). AI data disclosure & consent (5.1.1(i) / 5.1.2): Before any resume or job-description text is transmitted for AI analysis, the app presents an "AI Processing Consent" dialog that (1) discloses that the content will be sent to a third-party AI provider — Google Gemini, accessed via the Lovable AI Gateway — (2) explains exactly what data is transmitted (the resume text and, if provided, the job description), (3) states that only the information necessary to generate the analysis is sent over an encrypted connection, and (4) links to the in-app Privacy Policy. The user must tap "I Agree" to proceed; "Cancel" transmits nothing. Consent is stored on-device and the dialog does not re-appear after acceptance. Users can revoke consent at any time via Settings → Manage AI Consent, which forces the dialog to reappear before the next AI request. The Privacy Policy at /privacy details what data is collected, which third-party AI provider receives it, the purpose, retention, and the revocation flow. Account deletion (5.1.1(v)): Signed-in users can permanently delete their account from Settings → Delete account. The flow requires the user to type "DELETE" to confirm, then irreversibly deletes the authentication record, all saved resume submissions, job targets, and AI-generated reviews, clears local drafts and cached consent, signs the user out, and returns them to the home screen. Deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed.
