I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding a recent experience with your app. Despite having canceled and unsubscribed from your resume service, my account was still charged — and not just once, but twice.
I have already spoken to three of your customer service representatives: Carlos, Juana, and Daniel. Unfortunately, none of them were able to resolve the issue, and instead of helping, the situation got worse with a double deduction.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. It feels as though my concerns have not been taken seriously, and I am left without any clear resolution or explanation. I trusted that my cancellation had been processed correctly, but that clearly wasn’t the case.
I am requesting:
A full refund of the unauthorized charges.
A confirmation that my subscription is fully canceled and no further charges will occur.
An explanation of why this happened and what steps are being taken to prevent it from happening again.
Please treat this matter with urgency and respond as soon as possible.
