Great utility - needs some fixes

This is such a great app to use as a learning guide to performing ultrasounds. The UI could use an update, specifically referencing the need to optimize the UI to the iPhone 14 Pro Max display resolution. The entire top portion of the UI is displaced on the i14PM. Would appreciate an update that fixes this to improve user usability.
