About
Retail Prospect Management (RPM) is an information tool that provides dealers with visibility of potential customers, detailed information about those customers, dealer performance within their Area of Responsibility (AOR), and volume planning for current calendar year.
Information comes in many forms:
* Customer Initiated Leads (list of customers that have reached out to DTNA for additional information)
* Prospecting (search functionality that allows dealers to filter and search for customers from multiple data sources). These sources include:
* DMV registrations (or Polk data)
* FleetSeek (customer information for states whose privacy laws limit registration visibility)
* RigDig data (customer information that includes equipment preferences, USDOT inspections, safety violations, and additional contact information)
* USDOT number search
* Leads (lists of potential customers based on analytics, market conditions, and/or customer needs). This includes:
* Economic Health Index (economic conditions impacting purchase opportunities)
* Predictive Sales Leads (analytic base leads that can be prioritized by probability of purchase)
* Extended Coverage Leads (list of customers whose existing coverages are approaching mileage or time limits and could be interested in purchasing additional coverage)
* Reports (First-Time Buyer and New Deliveries)
* Volume Plans (planning tool that allows dealers to see how many vehicles they have planned for by quarter vs actual orders)
