Changed to reward and not coupons. Bunch of the sites I used are no longer on here. Uninstall it is I guess.
Something changed
I opened my app and it immediately asked me to sign in for the first time ever since I’ve had the app for many years. I was a bit suspicious and closed the app. A week later I go to the app again and same thing. I had a gut feeling that something wasn’t right, so I deleted the app and started searching to see if anyone was having issues. I found that people aren’t reporting that promo codes aren’t available and others aren’t getting cash back. Just be wary.

Don’t like the new update
This app used to be my go to for coupon codes, guess they stop it, so no point in keep this app now.
App changed
App used to be the best place to find coupon codes, now it no longer has coupon codes that I can find. What???? Have to go to the website, so am now deleting the app unfortunately. Bad move.

Not receiving cash back
I’m not receiving any cash back for purchases and now I can’t even find the list of times I’ve clicked through to a store in the new app.

I like the app & been using it for a long time. Some active codes do not work, but most do.

App has changed
The app has changed over the years, now can’t even copy a code for a site. When the site tries to automatically open it fails every time. Won’t be using anymore, too inconsistent and no where to say what doesn’t work anymore.
Was better
The prior app had food/restaurants. This new update is more focused on earning rewards and only supports retail. Please bring back all business searches
THE BEST!
I joined Retail Me Not years and years ago when they first started. They have always been great and have grown to be the best cash back company I use now. The other competitors started out fast and then dwindled down to where they have fallen behind Retail Me Not. Please keep doing what you are doing by always prioritizing your customers because it’s important. Customers need good businesses and businesses need good customers and that is what keeps the partnership growing.

New update
The new updated app sucks compared to the original platform, the search button won’t find anything that used to be on this app, I used to buy gift cards for fast food places , I can’t find them anymore either. It’s not user friendly even though that’s what they’re going for.
No cash back
No cash back for 2026 purchases so far. I have made several orders since January. When I check back my purchases and then just found out they only accept missing cash back within 90 days of the purchase. This is so unacceptable. Going to uninstall the app.
Not happy
Takes over a month or two to get your reward approved. I shop Walmart multiple times a week and somehow this app never acknowledges anything I order on Walmart…. Still waiting on Lowe’s reward from 6 weeks ago. Really irritating

No More Cash Back?
I stopped receiving cash back months ago. Now I have a balance that is too small to redeem.

I used to love this app. For the last several months, I have not been receiving cash back for offers I have activated. The frustrating part is if I had not clicked on the Retail Me Not offer, I would’ve actually received cashback at a lower percentage via other apps.

Real Savings!
I started using this tool during Black Friday and Christmas sales last year. From Nov-Dec I managed to earn $106 back that I was able to cash right out and use for whatever I needed as soon as the New Year started. RetailMeNot is legit and I’m here for it!!
