No support 👎

I’ve reached out several times with in few different ways and no luck whatsoever. I’d like to report the login screen issue.

Amazing App!

Clean, Simple, Intuitive. Really like the interface. Listen or Read. One of the best micro-learning book summary apps I’ve tried. Well Done!

Summaries are good

Promising app, good summaries with more detail than Headway but lacks common features like highlighting and spaced repetition.

This is all i need, alternative for Headway

you can purchase it as a full software!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a lovely app!

No ability to click on words of definition

No ability to click on words for definition while reading. Big miss on this app.

Very nice app

My only complaint is the affiliation with The Good Book Company. There aren't going to be any topics about alternative life styles. Mainly your career, straight relationships and money. That being said the only audio book options that aren't just an AI voice are the ones from The Good Book Company.
Definitely not something I would subscribe to or purchase outright but the free book a day is nice.

Great app

Love the short readings and the positive impact they offer me in my life. Personal development is growing daily and this helps me achieve my goals.

Totally love the app!

I appreciate how much effort to build this quality app with amazing time-saving content, easy-to-read interface, and smart books roadmap.

I probably want to both read and listen to the book tho, but either is cool.

This app helps me gain confidence through readability & stirs up my deep passion for books.

Sorry but I can’t find my books I want to read.

This is going to be short but I have 3 reasons why I dislike it. 1. like the title said I can’t find the books I want to read and it’s frustrating 😣.2. I don’t know about you but I don’t have pactiones and it takes a long time. 3. I don’t like the questions. I don’t mean to be mean and I’m only saying this so you guys can fix the issues but I soport you guys.

Needs Some Improvements

I am leaving a one star review so that I can update it later when the app gets updated.

Suggestions:

• Add an option to highlight things in books and have them get saved somewhere for later.

• Add different options for the app design and colors, the current one makes me want delete it off my Home Screen and keep it in the background. If you guys need design ideas I can help:)

• At the end of every book there should be a way to leave a review of the summary and any mistakes and misspellings for the Dec team to update, I found a few things in a book already.

Overall the app is great, I have moved from a different app I was using, and I am hoping to stick to this app indefinitely.

Please take these suggestions for your next update. Would love to see some of those options added.

The Four Agreements

It was nice to be able to read just the main points of the book. I got more out of the reading that way

An awful copy

Blinkist and Headway, the top best apps for books summaries has been successfully copied by this Retell from Books, Inc.

$119.99 per year

Apple has four key principles around designing for user privacy. (Page 156 in Develop with Swift Explorations). The Retell App violates Rule 4 among others. (Use the minimum amount of personal data required). They collect your gender as well as other super useful information for their marketing team. WITHOUT AN OPTION TO SKIP OR OPT OUT. … $119.99 per year. And they get so much profile information before they tell you their price. And there is no free trial. (You are charged first and have to cancel to escape.) Not a free app. A very expensive app. And an app that uses you for their Market Research WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT OR A BUTTON TO SKIP. I deleted Retell immediately. Search YouTube for the book summaries you want. Get WinX or MacX downloaded to listen to them offline.

So much fun

Fascinating and easy to process information in a nice format.

Life guide

Its a nice book to read. It gives more insight how to improve life. I highly recommend it.

No customer service?

Was going to sign up today but a number of reviews referred to the lack of customer support so I thought I’d better check that out. Was not able to find any email addresses but I did find a phone number to call so I called it. Here’s what I got: no ring but immediate recorded music. No message of any kind, just music. I’m letting run just in case but it’s been 10 minutes now and it’s just music, amateurish light jazz. Guess I won’t be using this app. Too bad, seems like a good idea but with zero customer service or support or contact I’ll pass, you should too. For reference, today is a Friday, its 12:30 pm Central Time, 10:30am Pacific.

RETELL Subscription cancel

I have made several attempts to contact Retell to cancel my subscription with no return call or email! Very frustrating they will not let you cancel the subscription and I’m getting no response after several attempts. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and filing official complaints with bureaus. Unacceptable service level
