Customer service is not good
I did the free trial and forgot to cancel before it renewed, as a courtesy i asked for a refund, i didn’t get a reply back. I dmed through instagram as well as emailing and they don’t answer. I would like a refund.

False Advertising and Fraudulent Billing - AVOID!
I downloaded this app specifically for body editing features, especially for hair retouching, as advertised in the marketing. The app does NOT provide this functionality; it is simply a basic photo filter app—no different from free tools I already own. This is fraudulent advertising. I was charged immediately and denied a refund only 30 minutes after realizing the app does not deliver the promised service. Do not waste your money on this deceptive app.

Not so free trial
Signed up for a free trial, they charged me for a year. I tried reaching out to customer service and the email bounced back. No phone number to call. The app freezes and closes every time you try to make an edit.

I downloaded this app and tried the free trial. I tried to cancel my free trial within the hour and somehow it automatically switched over to the year free trial forcing me to pay $30. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone and there’s no way to get a refund and I don’t want this app.

I downloaded this with a free trial. I cancelled the trial within a few minutes. Somehowwwwww??? It signed me up for the yearly subscription and they’re denying my refund. I don’t even have the app on my phone. Scam. Scam. Scam.

Was told I was getting a free trial but was immediately charged. Also, the app itself is awful, when you make any adjustments the image is immediately blurred. Avoid!!!!
Worst app ever
Got the free trial, yet it didn’t work and they tried to charge me £29.99 for it. I’m unable to contact the customer service as well. How horrible. The card payment got declined, but why offer free tried and then scam customers.
