Game values no longer update

I have an incredibly large collection that spans across many different platforms. At one time this app would update the game values. But no matter how many times I refresh, the games values stay the same. This issue has been like this for several weeks now! Please FIX THIS!

No retro update

No retro update since a long time, no response to messages ! It would be the best app of that kind if so

Still supported ?

Is the site still supported or not ? It has been 4 months without an update.
I need to know if I should keep paying for a subscription that delivers something real !?

Great app, poor support

The app is easy to use, and has a pretty robust database, but the support has truly gone downhill. When I send messages regarding new games to add, or correct, I’m getting ignored. Atari has returned with new releases twice a year, and the folks at PureGaming.org are not adding them, even after I point them out. The Atari 8-bit and TI99/4A databases have issues, and my requests to correct have been ignored. For what I’ve paid, these requests should be taken seriously. One nice feature is that I can add games to the app myself, but the app does not retrieve the values for user added games, which is why these guys need to be on top of this.

Decent App. The new paywall is absurd.

I’ve used this app for years. They charged a fee per platform, which I payed. With the new platforms you can no longer buy them a la carte. Instead they want a subscription or a one time fee for everything even the dozens of platforms I’ve already purchased. Changing the fee structure this late in the game seems a tad greedy. Otherwise the app works pretty well.

What are the key features of this app?

Key features include the ability to catalog your entire game collection, create and manage a wanted list, track duplicates and quantities, and view your most valuable games. It also offers budget tracking for purchases and sales, multi-device syncing, and the option to export your collection data.

Is this app free to use?

The app offers one free-to-choose library and additional libraries like Amiibo and Virtual Boy at no charge. However, many other game libraries are available as in-app purchases or through a subscription, meaning the full functionality comes at a cost.

What consoles and game libraries are supported?
