Retro Replay turns your activities into something worth watching.
Pick a run, a ride, a walk or a hike, and watch it again from behind your own shoulder - through the real streets you ran, rebuilt as a late-90s racing game. Buildings with lit windows, parks and trees, the sea, the street names going past, and your route glowing on the road ahead, coloured by pace. Lap times pop up as you cross each kilometre. It is a real 3D renderer, low resolution and dithered, not a filter over a map.
Then export it as a video and put it wherever you like.
YOUR STREETS, IN 3D
- The real world around every route: streets, footpaths, buildings, parks, forests and water, from OpenStreetMap
- Street, district, park and water names as you pass them
- Your route snapped to the streets you actually used, even when GPS drifted
- A chase camera that climbs over rooftops to keep you in view
- Kilometre banners that show each split against your average, like lap times
YOUR ACTIVITIES
- Reads runs, rides, walks, hikes, swims, rows and ski days from Apple Health
- Connect Strava to replay the activities you recorded there
- Import a GPX file from Files, Mail or any app that can export one
- Distance, time, pace, elevation and heart rate, live as the replay plays
- Every sport in its own units - pace per kilometre for a run, km/h for a ride, per 100 m for a swim
WEEKLY LEAGUE
- Race your Game Center friends, one week at a time
- Every sport scores points by effort, so runners, walkers, riders and swimmers can all compete
- An arcade high-score table: who is ahead, by how much, and how long is left
YOUR HEALTH, VISUALISED
- Steps, distance, active energy, flights climbed, resting heart rate and weight
- Day, week, month, six months or a year
- Any of them can be flown through in 3D and exported as a video
MADE FOR SHARING
- Renders a 720x1280 video, the shape every short-video platform wants
- Rendered on your phone, in seconds
- Two looks: SHARP, or the CLASSIC crunch with scanlines
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- No account, no analytics, no advertising
- Health data is read only, never written, and never sent to us
- The map only ever learns the area of a run, never the route
Free videos carry a small watermark. One payment removes it from every video you will ever export, on every device signed into your Apple Account. Nothing else is locked.
