The app itself is serviceable. Some problems though. 1. The third party ads. RetroCrush will make you watch some of their own ads, which are kind of a treat if anything. They’ll show off some of the anime in their selection, which can make you aware of what you might want to watch next. But when those ads aren’t playing, you’ll get some from their sponsors. And I have to say, they don’t have very interesting sponsors. You’ll usually see a bunch of gory horror slop, or they’ll play the exact same ad multiple times. It just feels like you’re not getting any “normal” ads. 2. They keep asking you for cookies, even if you accept or reject them. 3. Oh, and if you make an account they’ll keep asking for your Apple password every time you open the app even though entering it or not doesn’t do anything. So just… don’t make an account unless you want to subscribe I guess. 4. The live TV schedule doesn’t update unless you restart the app, so unless you have a strong awareness of the schedule, you may end up missing something you wanted to watch. Not really app related, but I notice Retrocrush isn’t on Dish BonusView anymore too. Shame.

Fine but keeps asking me for two things:
The app itself is serviceable. But it keeps asking me for cookies whenever I open the app. Regardless of if I accept or reject, it keeps asking me for cookies. I figured I would just make an account to solve the problem. But then it started asking me for my Apple password whenever I press like, any button. So then I deleted my account to have a lesser of two evils. Fix this and I won’t be so annoyed trying to use the app.

Log-In/Sign-Up is missing.
Using an “iPhone SE3”. Can’t see the sign-up button or log-in link when inputting my credentials. Tried everything to resize text, turn bold text off & use accessibility option with no help. The button for sign-up keeps disappearing as soon I input my credentials, the website logo takes up all the screen.
• App needs redesigned when signing-up & log-in (account I already have). Sadly, this app doesn’t support phones with smaller screens like the iPhone SE 3 or iPhone 6e.

The app serves way too many ads for a paid subscription-based service.
Also, the ads buffer and sometimes stop playing completely, forcing me to restart the app, which then serves more ads.
Customer support was responsive, but ultimately unable to help.
As soon as I've finished the one series I want to watch, I'm out of here.

Buggy app, but good selection
I like the selection. Unfortunately the app itself is pretty wonky. I get the same pop up about logging into my Apple account several times while I'm browsing. Also several of the anime I wanted to watch were also on Tubi, so I decided to use that instead since there are less ads.
It would be great if the app could tell you whether there's an English dub. Every show I open shows the language as unknown.

Bugged App
Won’t allow me to even sign in after purchasing a subscription. Whether that be through the app or on the website. Not to mention the TV app signs me out after every other episode. APP NEEDS WORK!!!
