Poor quality for the price of RetroFix
Remarkable results
RetroFix breathed new life into my grandfathers naval journal that contained photos from the 1920’s. Some of them were in bad shape … before I found them they had suffered water damage, mildew, discoloration, cracks, creases. You get the picture.
THIS PROGRAM REVIVED THEM. My brother who is preparing them to exhibit in a D.C. naval museum curation; was blown away by how absolutely realistic the restoration was completed. Every one of the photos STILL LOOKED LIKE MY GRANDFATHER— not some weird alien ai version; but actually him. And the colorized mode was incredible. The moments came back to life for us. Thank you.
What it’s worth, been graphic designer and used Photoshop for 20 plus years in many different capacities , and I will say RetroFix is way better for this kind of photo restoration Work. It is fast, intuitive and produces incredible results. Their tools, and AI algorithms are far more developed and on point. I would use this program over say, Photoshop any given day.
To attempt similar restoration using Photoshop, you are referred to complete an almost 50 step, unnecessarily overly complex & useless tutorial, that yields results not even HALF as nice as RetroFix.

Avoid with all you’ve got! Run for the hills! Their free trial is not free and the app doesn’t work. Avoid! Avoid avoid!! They stole my money and the app doesn’t work!! Run!! Run!!

Die App stürzt immer kurz vor Beendigung der Bearbeitung an. Totaler Schrott. Ich Tipp mal die wollen, dass man ein Abo abschließt…

Not as advertised
It’s horrible and doesn’t do anything like advertised. Made a baby photo into a 20 year old man’s face, no enhancements or wrinkles cleared. Waste of money and time.

I downloaded the app to try the free trial but instead of giving me a chance to evaluate it first, I was automatically charged for the year!! That is not right. After reading the reviews. I noticed another person with the same exact issue. Free trial should be transparent and not result in unexpected annual charge. This is misleading.

The ad was so good that I didn’t even do the free trial so I could get the discount… wasted money… I’m foolish

Terrible customer service!!! I accidentally downloaded this app and the moment I opened it they charged my card $10.81 I deleted immediately and asked for a refund!! I was denied!!
