RetroPod is great but..

Only flaw is that it doesn’t show a picture of the album while playing, otherwise it’s great. It won’t be as good as podify but still good nonetheless :)

Doesn't play YOUR music

I don't like the stock music app on iOS so I have been looking for alternatives but this is not one. It only connects to music streaming services. Music you have on your phone will not be played.

.

Might as well just use Spotify or Apple Music on its own

please add cool features

please make it able so you can change the colour of the ipod, the colour of the wheel, and make it unique and free please!!

Great App

I like this app. What could make it better? 1. The app itself can be a little sluggish at times. 2. Allow the iPod to be customized, colors and patterns.

Best app ngl

I love this app anyone complaining is a lame, that said tho 😂😭 there is one issue when you connect Spotify and play a song in your playlist the next song in the playlist doesn’t play automatically it just plays a random song 😭 but apart from that I love this app fr

Works good

Connects to Spotify great but loading albums says it couldn’t fetch and some playlist are missing

Requires a subscription to work

Sucks that it requires a blood sucking subscription to Spotify or iTunes for it to work…

unintuitive

the click wheel is very buggy at least for me on all sensitivity settings, and all your playlists and saved albums don’t “fetch” so you can only listen to a couple, and the “user guide” in settings doesn’t work? I don’t know if it’s just a me problem but I really like this idea, it just needs some work

Wasnt able to add my music

I have music i put on my phone with itunes but was unable to add it to the app because i dont have an Apple Music subscription

really cool, just one issue

i absolutely love the look and feel of this app. it is exactly like the ipod i remember having. i love that it works with spotify and even allows you to listen to your personal playlists.

the only issue is that when you play a song, it repeats that song until you hit the next button. it would be great is it would automatically play the next song. if that one minor fix was made this app would easily be 5/5 stars. it’s just annoying having to go in and manually hit next when the song starts to replay.

Poor Spotify integration

Doesn’t show album artwork or now playing section while connected to Spotify so it’s hard to navigate and not fun; doesn’t give the full iPod experience. Please fix! Thanks

YT music support

Works with spotify but can we also get YT music support??

needs “subscription” even though i have songs

i have songs in my apple music library but apparently i cant play anything i have in apple music with this app because “no subscription found”

Feature Ideas

I feel like this would be better if I could upload mp3 files locally stored on my device

It keeps crashing

I downloaded it then I open if so I link my Spotify account it takes me to Spotify and then it opens retro pod again then it crashes and by the way I have an iPhone 11 please fix this

Developers where is the facility to play your own music

This is a nice app but just limited to Apple Music and streaming apps.If you could use your own music I would rate it 5 stars.

Neat idea, needs work

Only plays the one song you select, then plays something random — doesn’t play playlists or albums through or anything. Click wheel occasionally doesn’t respond to scrolling after selecting a menu. User guide doesn’t exist, artist albums are unavailable, and only being able to view an artist’s top 10 songs by an artist is limiting. I would like to navigate my own liked songs by an artist - like having the track synced to your iPod. It would also be great if the click wheel could be resizable, a now playing screen, and maybe different screen sizes. Perhaps skins matching different iPod colors and models could be cool, and a light/dark mode option. But music navigation improvements are needed most.

Great game! Could use an update

Could you add file browser functionality to the application?

Lovely but could be better

I really just want to be able to see the covers of the songs and have an imagine on screen (while using Spotify) and adjust volume with the controls so close to truly amazing
