About
Before you change it, ReTry it.
ReTry is physical memory for the things you take apart, disconnect, move, or rearrange. Capture the original state, record meaningful changes as you work, and return later with a clear reverse path instead of guesswork.
Use ReTry for
• TV, computer, router, and audio cable setups
• Furniture, shelving, and equipment disassembly
• Rooms, desks, workshops, and storage layouts
• Parts, fasteners, ports, and connection notes
• Any physical project you may need to reverse later
Remember any unique build
Save an original-state photo before anything changes. ReTry can preserve later photos, video, spoken notes, camera direction, parts, connections, and pinned details in one project timeline.
Reverse the steps
Open a project days or weeks later and work backward through the recorded states. Compare a saved view with the live camera, check off restored steps, and keep the original evidence one tap away.
Private by.design
There is no ReTry account, developer-operated cloud, advertising, or behavioral analytics. Your captures stay in the app’s private storage unless you explicitly export or share a portable .retrace archive.
Retraceable Evidence
ReTry fingerprints recorded evidence and links saved states in a tamper-evident chain. Verification can indicate whether stored evidence changed after capture. It does not prove that the original setup was correct or that physical work is safe.
Pricing
Your first two projects are complete and free. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited projects. There is no subscription.
Safety
ReTry is a memory and restoration aid, not a repair authority or certified procedure. For mains electrical, gas, medical, vehicle-safety, pressurized, or other high-risk systems, follow the manufacturer’s instructions or use a qualified professional.
