RETTERAlarm Navis is the dedicated in‑vehicle app of the RETTERAlarm platform. It brings alarm details, turn‑by‑turn navigation and – with user consent – live vehicle tracking to support incident coordination. The app is available only to registered organizations (login required). Key features Alarm list & details with quick respond (Yes/No) and refreshed overviews. Navigation to the incident location directly from the alarm—ideal for tablets/phones mounted in vehicles. Opt‑in vehicle tracking: share location to coordinate resources in real time on Monitor/Web; tracking is disabled by default at first login. Vehicle status display/update to keep command aware of current conditions; system‑wide status handling included. Hydrants & weather information. Privacy & security Location access is used exclusively for operational coordination—never for advertising or external analytics. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. Organizations may disable screenshots to protect sensitive information. Requirements Active RETTERAlarm tenant and administrator‑issued account; not intended for private use.
