Why does it take so long to receive funds into my account
My feed back is to share my frustration regarding the payout process for the recycling service. It frequently takes days, sometimes even longer than two to three days, for the funds to appear in my Westpac account. Given that Westpac is one of the major banks, I expect transfers to be processed much faster. Could you please explain the reason for these delays?

Used to be OK. WHAT HAPPENED?
Did the update to be advised my password “does not quite meet requirements” (it does, I checked it - 10 characters, usual upper, lower case letter, special character, numeral). HOWEVER unable to edit the password. These guys are kidding. Are they school work experience coders?
Convenient and easy
The bulk recycling facility at Brookvale is convenient and easy, the only downfall it doesn’t pay the return straight into my bank account.

Very bad quality machines always break down while recycling or stop working. Very unreliable machines. One star is too much rating

Easy process to follow
Return and earn Cole’s Westmead
This location is not suitable as it is underground and the reception in scanning the barcode is difficult. Your machines malfunction often. So now I go to return an earn at Coca Cola Northmead. The machines are always working and always clean

Good - you can now use one unit for glass and plastics
Bad - I found it very temperamental reject bottle several times before accepting them
Ugly the smell and mess left behind by some user I will say I’m glad there is a bin but it’s overflowing maybe you need a recycle bin for plastic rejects and a red bin for general waste

I could find if the machine are full or not before I go there, no more, bad desige!!!!
Love the charity option
Glad it is easy to give to my favourite charity. Could there be a tap at each location to get a drink of water when it’s hot and wash hands - it’s a filthy job and smelly, horrible old liquid gets all over you.

Always a pleasure coming here. Drive through or they’ll grab your bags from the counter, never a queue, quick service and always a laugh. Thanks to Dylan, always polite and has helped me out with the app etc a few times. Really easy drop off here.

DELETE this useless app, can’t scan barcode
The barcode reader can’t read the barcode in the app. Tried both landscape and portrait mode. Tried everything. Wouldn’t work.
And then the app loves to log me out whenever I want to use it.
Why don’t you just use the NFC reader instead of barcode?
Useless app. Delete it. May as well dump all the bottles into the bin if you make it the app so useless.

So easy to use
Great system, simple and straightforward.
Containers not acceptable
The machine is so silly sometimes it makes so hard recognise the bottles
Especially if the label is damaged or missing the label
So hard also with cartons of bricks they don’t slide very well on the conveyor!
Is any centre like in ACT where I can drop a bag and then someone can scan it?
