About

Return blocks distracting apps on a schedule you choose, helping you cut down on mindless scrolling during work or study. Need to use an app? Take a brief pause, then allow access for 1, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes. When the allowance ends, blocking resumes if your rule is still active. Free to download and use. No in-app purchases, subscriptions, trial period, or account required. Your rules and review records stay on your device. CHOOSE YOUR APPS AND HOURS Select apps or categories and set the days and hours when blocking applies. Use your apps normally when no active rule blocks them. ALLOW ACCESS WHEN YOU NEED IT When you open a blocked app, take a moment to decide. You can go back or complete a brief pause to allow access for 1, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes. BLOCKING RESUMES AFTER YOUR ALLOWANCE When your allowance ends, blocking resumes if an active rule still applies. REVIEW YOUR RECORDS View blocked and allowed outcomes by calendar week, month, or year. Select a day to see app details. Your choices are recorded, not scored. KEEP YOUR DATA ON YOUR DEVICE No account or usage-data collection by the developer. Rules and review records are not uploaded or synced between devices. Review records remain until you clear them, and the full privacy policy is available offline. For iPhone and iPad running iOS / iPadOS 17 or later. Supports English and Simplified Chinese, with Light, Dark, and System appearance options. Screen Time authorization is required for blocking. You can edit or remove your rules at any time. Pause distractions. Make room for what matters.
