Great service
Love the fact I can load up as many or as few bottles and cans into a clear plastic bag and just drop it off while still getting the full refund amount for each can. Saves so much time compared to the old school way of bringing them in and counting them out

The app makes it easy to see your refund balance. Great way to inspire the kids to earn and save some money. The experience was great at the Return-It center also… the employee walked us through the process and kindly showed us what we needed even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. We’ll be using more in the future!

This app is great was a bit buggy in the beginning but it is very convenient and easy to transfer
Convenient process
The app and website have gotten a lot better over the years. App is responsive with the code to open the door at the express drop off. An issue I ran into was having my user ID changed without warning and that created an issue with my last drop off. Luckily I had all the info needed (date/time/previous ID) and once provided to them, they quickly provided the adjusted credit to my account. I’d recommend printing fresh stickers to put on your bags at the time of drop off and not pre print them in batch like I did, since I unknowingly used old stickers without my updated user info.
