About
Sent back. Paid back?
Return Window Desk keeps receipt evidence, dates you confirm, and each item’s refund progress together. One receipt can contain an item you keep and another whose refund is still outstanding.
KEEP THE PROOF
Add purchases and individual items. Attach selected receipt photos or PDF files. Original receipts stay in the app’s local storage and are included in complete backups.
CONFIRM YOUR OWN DATES
Enter and confirm each item’s return-by date with its source. Missing dates stay visibly unknown. Corrections preserve earlier confirmations. The app never assumes a retailer’s return policy.
FOLLOW THE MONEY
Keep planning, shipment, refund pending and closure separate. Record expected refunds and multiple amounts actually received. A USD 40.00 expectation with USD 25.00 received leaves USD 15.00 outstanding. Correct or reverse an entry without losing its history. Deliberately close an unresolved case with a reason while retaining the balance.
PREPARE YOUR FOLLOW-UP
Choose items, notes and receipt evidence for a printable PDF packet. Review the final preview, then share or print using Apple’s controls. Nothing is sent to a merchant automatically.
REMINDERS YOU CONTROL
Opt in to local reminders for return dates and refund follow-ups. Choose a named schedule timezone. Snoozing or skipping a reminder does not change your confirmed date or money records. Reopen the app to extend the bounded 30-day schedule; system settings control delivery.
PRIVATE AND PRACTICAL
No account, ads, analytics, inbox access, bank login or remote receipt processing. The core workflow works offline. Export and restore a versioned backup with your records, histories and receipt originals. Apple device backups and destinations you choose for exports are separate.
All features are included in the paid download. No subscriptions or in-app purchases. Supports iPhone and iPad, light/dark appearance and larger text. Money stays in its recorded currency; no currency conversion is performed.
Return dates and expected refunds are your records, not eligibility advice or a refund guarantee. Check the merchant’s actual policy and cutoff. A passed date does not establish that your legal rights have expired.
