Follow four clear stages: facts confirmed, package ready, drop-off proof, and refund confirmed. Save package, carrier, store, and refund evidence in a local timeline. Optional local notifications can remind you about a deadline without putting the merchant, item, or amount in the notification. Create a portable ZIP evidence pack containing a readable PDF summary, CSV, JSON, the source document, and saved evidence.
