Digital tag fail
I was able to install the app and, after several tries, get it to create a digital tag, but the app hangs when attempting to create a new lock screen to display the tag. The ReturnMe logo just spins.

Not working
I was able to access the App on my phone, but it crashed while creating my digital tag and I was not been able to open it again. I had to delete it and re-install it. But I am still not able to create a digital tag for my lock screen.
