I must say it’s keeping me up with all my transaction. If something was to go wrong I would know right them. Loving every bit of it.

This app is great, especially since the big redesign a while ago. The only issue I have is the app consistently shows low numbers, and I feel bad about half the time I load it up. Works great!

The “remember me” toggle for my username no longer works so every time I go to sign in, I have to retype my username.

Car loan Payment
Every other bill pay app makes it easy to take my money, I wish they had an easier feature to pay your car loan through the app. It’s not a one click pay kind of thing. I don’t bank with Rev and I have pay with an outside account but they automatically make a bank account for you when using them for a car loan.

Don’t use rev
Terrible app, terrible service. Never met a single person who has used rev and had a good experience. They charge every month for identity protection and instead just capture your card for “fraudulent activity” (I had this happen with a monthly reoccurring payment). App has been terrible since it was heritage trust. Just don’t use this service. Save your time, go somewhere else.

Most recent update crashes on transfer
Every time on login to the app if I attempt to make a transfer it will logout in the middle of preparing the details. I have only noticed this since the most recent update to the app. Otherwise my only inconvenience has been since the complete overhaul app update that I no longer receive text updates on individual transactions.

I’m Really Satisfied With REV, The Only Thing That I Would Change Would Be The Pending Status It Usually Shows Up A Debit But It Can Cause NSF’s When You Are Unsure Of Amounts Can Be Confusing For New Members Or First Time Account Owners.
I love the new app update But…
I love the simplicity of the new update but just a couple of things that I wish I can get clarification on. 1. I have 2 cards on one account, I use to be able to know which card was used. Now I can’t. I wish I could figure out which card was used for each transaction. Also… I am sorry unable to tell if Amazon charges were a subscription (I.e. Hulu) or something that I bought through Amazon. One thing is I do love the tools and Financial area of the app.

Great when it actually works
Keep having issues with the app not working. It doesn’t happen “a lot” I guess, maybe they’re still just working out kinks or something, but having issues here and there ever since this last update. Never had a problem before.
