Impossible to cancel!!
After dutifully following the posted instructions to cancel my monthly subscription (twice), this company continues to bill my credit card over and over. I’ve contacted customer service and in parallel have forwarded my complaint to the NH attorney general. At this point the company is stealing my money and will not get away with it.

Makes my job possible
I spend a lot of time in the field covering events or interviewing people. I am a photographer, writer, and social media manager, so it’s a huge benefit to be able to record audio and have it transcribed instantly.
Smallest Hurdles
Waste of time and money. The transcribers can not be trained. The smallest hurdles trip them up. They can’t make out clear conversation! I would put no faith in the validity of anything produced by this scam transcription service.

Don’t waste your money you don’t get access to your transcripts
Very disappointed.
I use this app about a year or so ago and it was easy to use and navigate now it completely puts me in a doom loop.
By default, Rev Support forces every file to load directly into the AI Prompts screen first. The system is designed to trap you on that screen until you manually click away from it. It’s really making it impossible to do anything and I have to constantly do annoying work arounds to even get files downloaded so I can send them in an email to my lawyer without having him have to subscribe to REV. I can’t wait to remove my audio files from Rev and download them onto another subscription App. Give me three or four days and I will let you know how it works out.

This app is great in someways even though it said I am not due for renewal it won’t let me transfer recoding or transcribe recording
Good…when it works
This app gives me great mtg notes when it works properly. More than once it has messed up and been unable to upload a mtg…and you don’t find out until after the mtg…very infuriating and hardly helpful. This has been happening occasionally for over a year and all I get from the company is “gosh, we’re sorry this happened”. No kidding, show me you give a $h17 by fixing the glitch.

Was absolutely golden when it started but now, they don’t do anything about the bugs
I have complained about an issue several times, even sending across a video of the incident. Yet, it’s taking forever to be resolved.
No user friendly upgrade alternatives
App just says “you’re out of minutes” but does not show how to upgrade!!!
Real person Transcript
I paid $57 to get an audio that is difficult to fully understand all the words I paid for a real human to transcribe what I was missing and the AI was the one who interpreted the audio better and more accurately then the human which tells me 1: the human is being lazy and not actually taking the 1 hour I would say I paid for and truly transcribing it and over half the audio was marked. “Untranslated” waste of your money getting a human !

Do everything in your browser. App lacks the same AI functionality and performs poorly in comparison.

Most deceiving app
I cannot believe I spent so much money, and they make it impossible to cancel your membership. Even though I canceled my membership, they still charge me $59 unlawfully, and it is so scattered that is impossible to

Does nothing to protect your data
I had the Rev Call Recorder app which they suddenly shut down this fall without any warning. Now I can’t access my old recordings that I need for a work project. The customer service says only Apple can help, and of course Apple support says only the app developer can help. Don’t trust this company- they’ll just lose your audio files.

You still have to go off of Rev’s website on an iPad so not sure why this app was invented. It doesn’t do anything.

Amazing App
Very helpful taking meeting and session notes.
Good app but limited minutes
It is an excellent app for everyday use for taking minutes of the meeting. However, the minutes granted (45 only) are too less for professionals.
