Every property has its own card with the registry details; in the UK and France, also the sale history of that same property. In the UK you can also search by company owner and, with the Professional plan, see every property registered to a company, British or overseas, with the total value of its portfolio. Property valuation An estimate based on real transactions within 500 metres, narrowed to properties like yours, with conservative, central and optimistic scenarios, historical evolution and a five-year projection. In the UK and France it can start from the price the property last sold for. Rental estimate The area's rental value from each market's official sources (OMI, ONS, rent observatories, Ejari), with a minimum-median-maximum range, historical series and gross yield. Listing check Compare a listing's asking price with the area's real value: enter address, price and square metres to see whether it is above, below or in line with actual transactions. Market trends How prices per square metre evolve by area or address: volumes, annual and monthly series, distribution and seasonality, with filters and interactive charts. Market report A complete snapshot of an area or building: prices, typical property, rents, comparison with neighbouring areas. Investment returns Calculate IRR, NPV, MoM and cash flows over the whole holding period, with mortgage, taxes and running costs adapted to the country.
