The fact that they think this is worth 8.99 to charge people. They just lost a customer today and I know for a fact land advisors are about to lose a heck of a lot more customers. This is not a premium app. This does no skip trace. It offers nothing extra to yield an extra fee. Not even Zillow charges to use their app lol

Screwed

Had been using this app for a while and had accumulated MANY bookmarks. This latest revision requires an account to access the any of the functionality of the app. Upon creating an account, I find I no longer have access to my MANY bookmarks. WTF

Excellent tool for parcel data and ownership history

We save a lot of time looking up parcel boundaries and ownership histories. Much better than dealing with county clerks. Highly recommend

Fast, Modern, Great Experience

I’ve tried a lot of parcel and land apps, and most feel either outdated or overwhelming. Revalo strikes a really smart balance between powerful data and usability. It’s fast, modern, and makes property research feel approachable instead of intimidating.

Incredible Insights

Revalo has become an essential App that I use daily. Whether I'm using Revalo out of simple curiosity of a parcel or evaluating a potential opportunity. Revalo is my go-to and it's an App I keep open on my iPhone. The new Revalo Discover feature is rich in content and provides instant insights no matter where I am in the country. Revalo truly provides a story behind every parcel!

Great but now broken

I loved the app when it was working but now every time I try to use it I get Error 23 message. Time for an app update!

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the confusion. It sounds like the app may be defaulting your search region to Arizona. To fix this, please check the search region settings located just below the search bar, and make sure it’s set to the state or county you’d like to search in (for example, Michigan). Once adjusted, you should be able to find the correct properties in your area. If you’re still running into issues, feel free to reach out through the in-app support option so we can help further.

How’d I ever live without Revalo?

I didn’t realize this app existed until a good friend told me about it recently. It saves me a bunch of time when digging into different properties. I love that it works for both commercial and residential. Highly recommend giving it a download!

Login & password reset broke - Developer does not respond to emails

I have an account and password was reportedly invalid. Tried password reset multiple time but never received email to reset password.

Email was sent but still no response from developer.

Another email sent and no response.

Yet another email sent and no response.

Great App

Great app to gather information about parcels, easy to use map and links to county assessors website. Layers can be added to see private and public land. So much information at your fingertips.
