WAY TOO INCONSISTENT, one of the worst apps I’ve ever used
Can’t Leave!
Sold 1 vehicle, been trying to get the tracker unit off for months, kept charging but no customer support to get the unit removed. Had to cancel direct debit so they would do something about my cancellation request. They chased money straight away but still not canceled the one vehicle so now I have requested to cancel all 4. They keep chasing for the payment but still not give me my settlement and lied about contract terms.
This still going on since Feb 2025 with no resolution as of July 2025 other than chasing money for a service I want to cancel.
Tracker system also inconsistent for harsh driving between different vehicles.

Outdated app
The app is outdated, a service of this kind needs a new updated app
Customer service after the sale.
There are lots of camera companies out there- but none with as horrible customer service AFTER the sale as Verizon-
Trackers/Cameras don’t work
I had one tracker moved from a sold truck to the newly purchased truck and it has never worked. The same “technician” installed cameras which didn’t work properly either. All he did was shrug his shoulders and left. This same installer damaged the dashboard of one of my trucks. I reported all this and nothing has been done to correct the issues. I would have been better off getting dash cams from Amazon and installed myself. Not to mention cheaper!

Service doesn’t work a lot of times
I Purchased this Service, so my service trucks were safe and could be located but there’s been days and weeks while the service wasn’t working. It’s not fair. It’s not right. system ain’t the best just giving you guys more time to figure it out thank goodness I haven’t lost a service truck yet value of my trucks and equipment are three to $400,000 each. I’m not a happy camper. Have a good day Garret Cote, All City concrete cutting.

Vehicle Label Bug
There is some kind of bug where when you turn on vehicle labels, the vehicle names appear only for a second and then they disappear. Please resolve this issue.

I am extremely disappointed with Verizon. Despite their assurances that I could cancel my service for free within a 90-day probation period, they have charged me for services I did not agree to and did not use.
After contacting their customer service multiple times, I was given the runaround and told that there was nothing they could do. This is a clear case of misleading and unfair business practices.
Beware of hidden charges and unhelpful customer support if you choose Verizon. I expected better from such a large company. Avoid Verizon if you value transparency and honesty in your service providers.

This new update has made the app unbearably slow, every time I use it, it takes atleast 30/40 seconds to buffer. Please fix as it’s really irritating

Disappearing vehicl names
I believe there is a bug, my fleets vehicle names disappear when I zoom in on their location after the latest update.
Charged for devices that do not work
Iv been over billed for over a year and I have been calling and no one has responded to my case number. Over $1000 in over charges. And now they deactivated my account and refuse to awnser to me. This is a joke. I am a small business owner going through a hard time and this is a big hit.
Do not trust Verizon and their staff. I don't blame the staff I blame the company and the management practice.
