The game is so bad no one plays anymore they always have hundreds of new players but after 2 months it goes down to 40 after 5 months 15 at a push they need to open kingdoms and only allow people to spend after 3 months more people will play and stay

Have played this game for over 8 years and have spent tens of thousands on it, they have failed us as players every opportunity they get, once you server is 6 months old you are forgotten about

It’s a good game and tends to have a lot of issues especially one of the only games that does not have a zero tolerance to verbal abuse and racism. Higher presence of middle eastern players that make a lot of racist remarks, Addressed this many times to support and they never respond. Also have a different pricing system. So cheaper if You in the Middle East. VERY EXPENSIVE.

I know we have a choice to pay for packages and pay for in game stuff. You don’t have to if you don’t want too.
I haven’t payed for much things maybe like $50 worth. But I am still growing along side the others in my kingdom. Just not as fast and powerful but you can do just fine if you are not comfortable paying for packages.
I do enjoy this game a lot.

I have been playing this game from day one ros only wants you to spend money and they want more than 30k dollars a year customer sevrice they don’t help at all always doing favors like Henry he gave his WhatsApp number to some players to send him money so he can give them free packs that’s how it works. Don’t play it not worth anymore they only want to eat your money. You have to favorite to Henry otherwise you won’t get any help he will keeps ignore you

I would have everyone go on strike with this game. They have flags in this game that should not be in everyone’s city. You should allow them to put their own flag by the gates in your own city. If this don’t change I will go further into this investigation. Not everyone supports this kind of activity and especially not at this time during a war. GET RID OF THEM!!!! I want my American flag. After new upgrade game is crashing every 5 mins and made everything so slow and the developer or the GM new reply to our msgs cuz we r not the spender , it’s was a good game but now with the new upgrade players don’t want to play and I give 1 star or fix the crashing and make the building or other staff faster to collect
