Not user friendly
It’s not very user friendly, limited options of views. It won’t let you see full calendar view. No easy save login like Face ID or remember password. No settings you can click on. Needs a huge update to work functionally.
Schedule organization not intuitive
While this app seems handy, I work at an office that has 3+ providers. There is no way to differentiate which appointment is assigned to which provider, making the schedule on the app seem very chaotic and disorganized. Please include an update that can fix this problem.
Format
The format isn’t very helpful when looking at the schedule on the app when you have multiple chairs and multiple providers. You should be able to view it just as it is on the actual schedule and make modifications etc. I read about this problem several years ago and it is still an issue and hasn’t been fixed. Also, you can pull up the schedule through RevenueWell on safari, but the format is not phone friendly and you can’t get anything done from there due to the format. In my opinion I still have to have a computer to do what I need to do which defeats the purpose unfortunately.

When completing a form, any additional info for a yes answer, the spacebar doesn’t work,

We love how well it integrates with our software. It would be fantastic if the drivers license images were taken just as the insurance card is.
