Unfixable bugs/ bad customer service
I would rate this game higher if it wasn’t for the fact that things from my account have disappeared without me doing so, such as psychubes and pulls, even after spending so much time and patience on acquiring them and contacting customer service, they were no help and now I’m left trying to buy back things I have already had and spent so much time building and not even be compensated for what I lost.

The character designs are very aesthetically pleasing and well designed. Female characters are equally as well written as to the male characters. The plot is captivating and is up to my standards. 10/10

I generally hate 50/50s to begin with but yeah im salty I’m on a losing streak of 19 right now which is insane. I was generally okay with it before since not every character was a must pull but this game is suffering from major powercreep right now. sucks bc I endorsed it so hard before but I don’t think I can do that anymore since I can’t even keep up with the meta anymore. It’s even worse since I can’t win a 50/50 whoever sees this ig share some luck with me cuz im close to quitting this game.

I am pretty jaded about gacha, but I know that whenever hsr (amphoreus ending) or genshin (natlan) let me down, r99 has my back with peak design and peak story
