Its just Reverse Image Search
The app just links to the reverse image functions from google, bing and yandex (this is free) but the app charges monthly for that. - how is this allowed on the app store?!

The worst app I've probably ever downloaded
You have to subscribe immediately upon opening to try the app, but it does offer a trial. Which is good so you can immediately cancel the subscription after realizing your mistake.
It literally uses 3 web pages that are free to use for reverse image searching(Google, Tineye, and Bing or something). It even displays the web pages while using them. It just uploads the photo for you. What the heck?
If this app is making money, I seriously need to get in the iOS app development market.
And the fact that it has 4 out of 5 stars is alarming. These ratings cannot be trusted. Come on Apple.

肝心の顔検索ですが、アジア系はダメなんでしょうか。
自分の顔でも探しましたが一切本人がヒットしませんでした。
せめてSNSの写真はヒットするくらいにはしてほしい。
雰囲気似てる写真はいっぱい出てきましたがそれだけです。 ほぼ使えません。
3日の無料トライアルは3分でサブスク解約しました。

Useless application
After searching several profile photos, the app couldn't identify any. The database is empty, and aside from a few celebrities, the app isn't very useful. Avoid it.
