Incredible data
The Revibe watch is providing incredible data for us to use in order to pinpoint areas to focus on our sons daily schedule. It is providing opportunities that medication doesn’t provide and my child doesn’t walk around like a drone all day. Each day we learn more and more and it’s getting better. We have yet to tap into each and every resource, but we’re just two weeks into the school year and the information is off the charts. We love it, our son loves it, the teachers are appreciating the feedback and his therapist is actually enjoying it as well!

Love this App good where is the quick sync
My son and I both have one. We used them for 6-8 months. We moved at the end of the school year and I lost them. I found them a few weeks ago and have been using them again. I really like what they do but I don’t need the figet data for my kid at this point and I really don’t need it for me. When we used it in the beginning it had a quick sync option. It is now gone and it takes for ever to download.

No difference, hard to use, texting didn’t work effectively
I really was excited and had read up on this watch. Expensive but I thought it was worth it. After 3 months, teachers didn’t notice a difference, text messages didn’t vibrate enough to get attention— they need to require tapping to dismiss them, the battery life is short, the syncing takes too long, but most importantly it didn’t lead to more on task behavior.

Please make this an app for the Apple Watch
I’m assuming this could easily be made into an app for the Apple Watch. I’ve already bought the revibe watch. The vibrating algorithm is good for my 12 yo, but at $100 it is not well made. I’d much rather give him an Apple Watch and have it vibrate. When can we see this functionality?

Maybe I am not used to it enough, but I think the numbers should be better interpreted. So if my kids focus rate is down, is that because it actually is or because he didn’t hit the watch when it vibrated in time? What is a good focus score to achieve ? Etc think the concept is great, the watch DEFINITELY needs a better screen. It’s 2019 almost 20 , Even the cheapest Fitbit vibrates and has an lcd screen . My son can barely read it, and I can’t at all

Improved focus & awesome customer service
My 11-year old son only started using the watch a week ago, and has reported it’s helping him with his focusing. I’ve contacted Revibe with questions twice and received replies from Emily very quickly. So far, so great!!
Revibe is a godsend! Don’t hesitate getting one for your child
I was an early adopter - my daughter started with their basic model a couple of years ago but this school year we upgraded to the new model with the app and I am so glad we did. It’s given her the independence she needed in 5th grade - with text reminders during the day she needs way fewer prompts from the teacher and is becoming so much better at organization. The daily stats from the app helps keep track of her performance. The customer webinars are terrific - I joined a live chat and the Revibe team was so accommodating and took time to answer all our questions. Looking forward to new scheduling features on the way. PS - the NYC DOE assistive technology team is being trained on it and are writing it into our IEP which is huge! Keep up the great work Revibe!!

Great concept functional problems.
Great concept, but functionality problematic. Vibration notifications do not provide enough time for user to respond. Watch face sensitivity does not work consistently.
Keeps crashing!
I’m almost to the end of the setup wizard and every time I open the app it crashes!! I cannot finish setting up my child’s Revibe. I had no problems with the app until here recently. I purchased my first one in January of this year and the app worked perfectly until now. Please fix this bug so it will stop crashing and my child can actually use this device!
Edit: Even version .3 crashes every time I open it. I cannot sync it to the watch it if it won’t stay open longer than 1 second. Please fix this bug. I have reinstalled the app and everything but it’s still not working.

Edit it’s October 28th and the app still crashes. If I turn Bluetooth off it doesn’t but then as soon as I turn on Bluetooth and then try to sync it crashes. I don’t really care about a notification button, I just want this app to work like it did last year.

Keeps crashing just got it
I’m trying to set it up and the app won’t stay open. Help please. If you cannot get it to work I’ll request my $ back. I’m looking for a solution to help with my grandsons focus issues please fix.
Inaccurate tracking
Had to tell my 8 year old that he was on track and doing great but that the sync and tracking we're broken and not relevant bc they don't register (even when I wore for a day)
Keeps crashing
So if you turn off Bluetooth, you can open the app. But to sync the app to your device, you must turn Bluetooth back on. As soon as you do and hit sync, the app crashes again. Please, please fix this. The device itself is very helpful when you are able to use it. But it takes about 50 tries for it to sync.

Crashes repeatedly
We just received the watch this weekend and we’re excited to start using it with our child. As soon as we open the app it crashes. Every time. This seemed like such a great idea. I think we’re going to return it.
Glitchy but functional
I’ve found that certain functions like adding users or scheduling don’t work on all screens but can be worked around from other, connected functions. It still has issues with two users but is still usable and the information is very helpful.

App still crashes
Unable to even log in. Once I do it shuts down completely.
App instantly crashes after opening it
Trying to sync the watch but the app just closes after I open it. Is there another fix coming? We had the watch and the app since the end of August 2019 and the app is continuously having issues.

App keeps crashing!!!
I spent a good amount of time loading in my son’s school schedule, only to have it crash on the app when I try to sync. This is beyond frustrating. This is with the most recent update.

Numerous emails and phone calls to Tech Support have not resolved this issue yet.
I have 4 Apple devices from iPhones and iPad, every single time I run this app on any devices, the app crashes. They need to update their app to work with the latest iOS. Also, my son’s watch can’t keep the correct time as if it resets to midnight, January 1st. several times a week, but it never ran out of battery power. I programmed it to buzz during school hours, because of the time change, this product is useless.
Don’t hold your breath as I’ve been having this issue for past 4 months and they keep promising a fix via App update.
Classic Revibe watch was soooooo much better.
Avoid at all cost until this issue is fixed once and for all.
I’ll post upgrade to this review when the issue is fixed until then stay away.
