App is not up to date to the latest apple exams!
I do not recommend purchasing this app unless developer can update the content of the exams to the latest from apple!!

I wanted to write a review on this app that I purchased about a 10 months ago and I wanted to say that I’m not happy about it, because the seller doesn’t seem to care to keep up with the updates on the exams or keep up with the apple exams, Big Sur 11 is old, so if you are taking a test I wouldn’t purchased this app unless you can see that the app has been updated to the latest exams that apple has now.!!

All questions out of the scope of the exam
Not working correctly on iOS 14.7.1
As stated in the title, I am running iOS (14.7.1) on a iPhone 12 Pro. I just downloaded this app and it is not allowing me to toggle between versions. It is stuck on Version (10.15) which is the default when you open the app for the first time. I will add that it is working on my Apple Silicon Mac but it is not fun squinting while trying to use this. Please fix this.

Good App. Needs more practice questions.
This app is a good source of a practice exam for the MacOS Support Essentials 10.15 End User Exam. It would be better if it had a larger database of practice questions. Is there a way to download more practice questions?

The app is ok. My complaint is that when you Mark a question for review, there isn’t any place to review the question! What is the purpose of marking it for review then? There should be an answer explanation. For $10 US dollars, I wish I could get a refund.

Great Companion App
This app is a great study tool. If you paid attention during the course and study with this app, you will be in good shape. Both my friend and I used this app as our sole study tool and passed the exam. We actually found the practice exam on here more difficult than the actual exam.

Great study aid
I just passed my 10.13 exam. Great app to discover the night before. I studied the book and this app with a 92.5% score.
No iPhone X or iPad support.
This from an app standpoint is a joke. They really put minimal effort into this.

Great but needs important fixes (FIXED)
1) Please fix results section. A user cannot switch results off of OS X 10.7. No other options are given.

2) Please provide the correct answer to a question answered wrong on the test. It is seldom helpful to know that you got something wrong and then not be provided the correct answer.

Even helped on the 10.12 test.
I recently took the Support 10.12 test and passed without trouble. This app was a primary study aid, along with the 3 day class. Thank you so much for this app. PLEASE make one for Microsoft exams!! You guys are great!

Don't often review apps, but this one deserves the time!
By using this I had a fantastic jumping off point for the course handbook. Many of the questions are in the exam and without it I wouldn't have had the confidence to pass.
Easily qualifies for a paid for app and giving it away for free is a brilliant gesture from amsys! Can't thank them enough!

Nice way to see where you are weak
The questions in this app are definitely not the ones in the real test, but that is not the point – the app is designed to help test your general knowledge of the subject. I found it was very helpful to see where I was weak and which aspects of the operating system I should spend more time studying.
