What's New in Revised Common Lectionary

1.4.3

September 17, 2026

In the Paragraph layout, a reading whose text carried a footnote could stop mid-word and lose the rest of the verse, with nothing to show that anything was missing. This week's Exodus reading ended partway through its last sentence. Readings now run through to the end.

This is a fantastic app for following lectionary readings. Well thought-out with a lot of functional details. Lots of translation and customization options. No more hunting down the daily or weekly verses, now I can find them with just one tap.

Beautiful with great features

I love how this app helps me engage with lectionary Bible readings in such a beautiful way. And it’s full of all kinds of extra little touches like: you can set the accent colors to change with the church calendar season (Advent, Lent, etc.). Love!! I can tell accessibility was well thought out and appreciate that it will read to you right in the app. You can use a variety of translations too. I’m really just starting to explore all the features, but it’s nice to have an easy way to access God’s word, knowing that other believers around the world are studying the same scriptures.
